The Communications Committee is responsible for maintaining
communications with the members of the association concerning
the actions of the Board of Directors and its standing committees
and the affairs of the Association in general. The method
of communications shall be anyone of the following methods:
E-Mail, Newsletters, Front Gate Sign or Regular Mail.
Email Messaging:
The Magnolia point Community Association (MPCA) has an established
program to communicate with residents through emails known
as News Grams. News Grams will be sent periodically to update
homeowners who sign up. Every resident is encouraged to provide
his or her e-mail address to: MPCAcommunications@yahoo.com
so that they will be included on all communications from the
Association.
Newsletter:
A Newsletter is mailed to all homeowners two times a year.
The newsletter provides informative information on what makes
Magnolia Point tick.
Front gate signage:
An information sign is posted near the front gate. Timely
information is displayed on a periodic basis in an effort
to highlight significant community events such as scheduled
Association meetings, community social events, etc.
Getting the word out to the Community is our overriding priority.
We intend to do this by aggressively promoting the communications
methods described above.
Website:
Your MPCA website provides complete information pertaining
to the Magnolia Point Community Association (MPCA) including,
an overview of Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club; details
about community management; links to the Covenants and Restrictions
documents governing the community; and descriptions and contact
information regarding the various governing committees. Included
on the "Home" page of the website are several links
to related websites; news of upcoming community events; and
links to archived MPCA Newsletters and MPCA Board Meeting
Minutes.
The Communications Committee is always looking for input
from the residents concerning improvements and/or additions
to the website and other means of communicating between the
Association and the community. Please do not hesitate to contact
the Chairman of the Communications Committee with your comments
or suggestions.
